about the subject

Hello,

we have had a problem when we create a newsletter with the subject which we sent to our subscribers, the problem is our subscribers r=are receiving the newsletter with large of content which is inside the newsletter like the date and the headline of first article.

we sent you attached photo to explain our issue.

Hi @hanyz 

 

I apologize for any confusion this email preview may have caused in your email client. Based on the screenshot you have provided, I can see you are using Gmail. Gmail is designed to automatically include part of the email in it's preview. There have however been cases where a larger amount than normal is shown if there's no preheader and the email's subject line is short. Because of this I would suggest including a preheader in your next email campaign.
