My account was shut down, i understand why, but why are you guys having people call me who can not help me!!! They told me why and i'm ok with that information, but they couldn't re activate my account or help me with the issue in any way just give me another number to call... and i probably never will because i don't want to wait on hold for 15 to 20 min.
