anybody in Australia that can help me?

Hi,

Im new to CC and trying to link my fb lead gen ads to CC and send out instant welcome message but having problems setting everything up. Not very tech smart so happy to pay somebody to help me set-up. My leads are now coming in to CC via Zapier but only importing email address, not name or phone number. Also when new lead is added to my CC db its not sending the welcome message. Basic stuff I'm sure but like learning a whole new language to me.

Help please

Fred

Re: anybody in Australia that can help me?

Hi @user846092

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! We are always happy to help. The good news is you can link your Facebook Lead ads through our lead ad campaigns! These campaigns allow you to create these lead ads, view it’s reporting, and list of sign-ups generated through your ad directly in your Constant Contact account. As for the contacts you're collecting through Zapier, we do offer tools to collect these contact details along with email address. Because of this I would suggest switching sign-up forms to one we provide or contacting Zapier directly for further assistance with their form.

As for your welcome email, your campaign titled welcome email is actually a basic email campaign. These campaigns are not sent unless they are manually scheduled to send. Though we do offer automated welcome emails, it appears the one in your account is a draft and not actually active. Not only this, but also a majority of contacts are showing to have been added manually. Welcome emails  only sends to new contacts who have joined through a web sign-up form or any of the other sign-up methods. Have you tried creating an automated email campaign instead? These campaigns allow contacts to automatically receive it regardless of how they are added into your account. I also would like to mention we have support agents available by phone who can help walk you through settings up your account.
