I can't get any billing invoices/statements to display regardless of the # of days or date range I select.

Hello @ChristieD522. We're sorry you're having trouble accessing your invoices. I will be happy to assist you as best I can.

I have a couple questions to help troubleshoot what might be going on:

  • When trying to generate the billing activity, did you see any error message? If so, what did the error message state?
  • What search criteria are you using?
  • Are you experiencing this in more than one browser?
