billing problem, no email to use???

i have a billing question--why i was charged 195 this month instead of the ususal 65.00. I dont want to get on a phone call, can someone email me an explanation?

We're sorry for any confusion with the billing for your account and do need you to reach out directly to Billing Support. A billing representative can discuss all of your questions and concerns in detail with you! I'm also including a link to a helpful resource about How and When You're Charged for Constant Contact.
