Complete scum policies. You send out an email saying my balance is running low and I must make a payment to keep my rate. I make the payment then find out I have a $108.00 balance. I call your company and they tell me there are no refunds and I should have read the terms and agreement before I made a payment. You might be right but I think it is scummy and deceiving to tell a customer they are running low and have to make a payment when the customer is not running low and don't have to make a payment. Real scum move.
