campaigns not being delivered to a block of contacts
We have not been able to get campaigns out to our in house email recipients for over a month now. We have tried whitelisting and any other options that have been presented with no luck. They have been receiving campaigns with no problems until a certain day and it all changed.
I'm sorry to hear that your in-house contacts still aren't receiving your emails. At this point, we would recommend reaching out directly to our of our Deliverability specialists so that they can check into this further for you.
