cant change credit card

when i try to change credit card info and click next, nothing happends

Hi @AllanB99,

 

We're sorry for any troubles with updating the credit card for your account. Just make sure you have all of the required information completed in full or it won't be able to advance to the next page. You'll want to look for a red notification indicating what's missing. Here's an example:

I have filled out all required fields in 

My Account > Billing Information

no red indications!

I have tried in Firefox and Safari browsers.

When i click next i dont get the confirmation screen

i think you need to work on your backend

Hello @AllanB99. I'm sorry that you're having trouble updating your credit card. For the security of your account, we are not able to update your credit card through the Community but our Billing department would be happy to assist you with this. Here is a link to their phone numbers and hours of operation.
