in july of 2018, Constant contact decided to split contacts that had multiple email addresses into separate contacts. I'm wondering if there is a way to find out who they split so we can delete the contacts they created as it has recently been brought up that people have been complaining about receiving double the amount of the exact same emails.
Thank you for reaching out to us! That is a great question. In order to see what contacts were split last year, you will want to export all contacts and then take a look at the Source column. If the source says "System", then they were created or altered in the split. Please let us know if you have any other questions!
