deactivated my account? why?

Hi, I just signed up last night and I see my account has been deactivated.  Wes Brown set me up last night.  (edited to protect personal information).  Confusion! Please help. Thanks

Thanks for reaching out to community for assistance; I took a look into your account. You will need to speak to our Account Review team, please give them a call at 866-433-8499. They are available 7AM to 11PM EST Monday through Thursday and 7AM to 9PM EST on Fridays.
