don't understand our billing

If our plan is  per 6 months why is there an outstanding balance of  We like to renew but for the same price, when I click on the statement it states  for account and for add ons??? Marianne

I apologize for any confusion there may be with the pricing on your account. I would however suggest reaching out to our Billing Department directly. To maintain account security we are unable to go into an account's billing details here in the Community. Our Billing support can be reached at these numbers and can help look into these charges.
