Thank you for reaching out to the Community about your contact! With the help of our upper level of support we were able to take a closer look at the email address you have mentioned. There was only one email address on this profile, so it's not a new address that was updated by the account owner or the contact from a prior existing address. Not only this, but the contact is appearing to have been added on 12/27 by the account owner, along with most of the contacts in your account. Were your contacts added via a file import? If so, we would suggest checking that file to see if the contact is in it, particularly for hidden rows.
