email project

For the second time in a row I have created a new email campaign, scheduled mailer and social campaign and for the second time the previous email project was send out. When looking at my projects and checking on the project it is indeed the newly designed on and it says it went out. Except when looking at the mailer that actually reaches the client and social media, it's the old one!!!!

Thank you for bringing this to your attention. I am terribly sorry to hear that this is happening! We would like to look into this right away; however, we require more information. Please send an email to social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com include the following information.

 

  1. Campaign name
  2. Had you left this email for a period of time while editing?
  3. Is the campaign in question new or a copy? (If copied what was the original campaign name?)
  4. Please provide examples of the content that reverted and screenshots if possible.
