While looking at one of the contacts on my list, I notice that the email I sent was opened repeatedly. What does this mean? Example.

Hello and thank you for reaching out to The Community. That engagement is showing when your email was open by your contact, even if they were to opened it multiple times. If your contact forwarded your email it would record each forwarded open as if your original contact had opened it and provide misleading reporting. This is one reason we recommend against forwarding your emails. You could also reach out to that contact directly and inquire if they had opened the email. If there is anything else we could assist with please do not hesitate to reach back out!
