We do have a Custom Services team that can help you to get started and create/send your emails if you can provide content/images for them. I also took a look at your account and saw that there is a Campaign Design for you within your account. This was created for you to match your website. It looks like there might have been some changes to your website, so I went in and made a new copy of that template and changed the colors to match the current look of your website. This is titled "Community Copy of Campaign Design Created By Constant Contact" in your account. If you have any content or images you can add that into your campaign and then send it to your contacts.
