Thank you for coming back to the Community with your questions! The difference between unique opens and all opens is based on the number of times a contact has opened your email campaign. Unique opens are a list where contacts have opened your email are only counted once, even if they open it multiple times. While on the other-hand, the all opens reporting is how many total opens your email has including the contacts who opened it multiple times.
