I'm sorry to hear about the error you're encountering on that creation page. I'm not seeing any issues on the account, and we haven't been getting other reports of this issue. Most likely there's an issue with the browser that's being used. Issues like this are usually resolved by either switching to a different browser, or by clearing your cache.
