I'm sorry that we do not currently offer email support. I can pass on that request for you. We do offer limited support over the weekends through the Community and Twitter/Facebook.
Sometimes it's possible to have contacts within Mindbody which do not have listed email addresses, and those would not move over into your active contacts. If the contacts not moving over do have email addresses, you may need to re-sync your Mindbody account with your Constant Contact account. A link to instructions for that process can be found here.
