Thank you for bringing your questions to our Community forum! To answer the first question as to how to put in a request, here are all the ways you can get ahold of us! You can use any one of those methods, depending on your preference.
As for the Suspended Bounce category, here are a couple great links that will help you to understand how the Suspended category works. Basically, the email address that comes up as Suspended has bounced a number of times in our system, and we no longer send to those email addresses.
Let us know if we can assist you further, and if you do need to reset email addresses, please let us know. If you have just a few email addresses to un-suspend, please email us at social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com with your username, a reference to this post, and the email addresses to un-suspend. If you have 6+ emails to un-suspend, we do ask that you call in to our Deliverability department, as they are the best folks to remedy the issue.
