Good Morning:  I seem to no longer be able to add a hyperlink to my event invitation, or do much editing beyond adding a photo.  Has the functionality of collecting event registrations been changed recently?  Thanks.

Hello @GretchenW46. I apologize that you are having trouble inserting links and photos into your event invitations. We haven't changed any functionality with event invitations so I would like to ask a few questions to see what we can do to help you.


  • Have you tried using a different browser and can you replicate the issue in this new browser? If you are able to successfully edit your invitation with this new browser, then there may have been an issue with a third-party extension on the previous browser. See this FAQ for more information.
  • When trying to insert a link or photo, do you get an error message?
  • I see you have more than one event active. Was this happening in one event or all of them?

If you could provide us with more information about the issue that you are experiencing, then we can find out what exactly is going on.
