Unfortunately this has not been resolved as of right now. However we do have a additional work around we have found that · will work as a subsitute as well.
Hope this helps!
We do not have a time frame on when this will be resolved. You can always use the workarounds listed before by Andrew an Jarrad (· or · ).
If you wanted to edit the space around the bullets to be able to use the bullet feature through our toolbar, and are familiar with code, you can edit the UL tag to read something like this (I have bolded the part that you might need to add):
<ul align="left" style=" padding: 0px 10px 0px 10px; "> You can edit the Padding px number to achieve the correct spacing that you would want. If you want consistent padding on each side, you can then put in just one number, otherwise you can add the 4 numbers to adjust padding per side (the numbers represent padding for the top, right, bottom, left respectively).
Hope this helps!
Of course be careful with padding as it doesn't display consistently across all email platforms, so you might not end up with anything useful this way either. Kind of amazing that this is going on 2 years outstanding as a bug!
I just ran into a Bullet issue with images. In draft mode (work in progress) all seems to be fine.
On sending a test email I find that the bullets are out of place when the image is aligned to the left side of the message block. The bullets appear to the left of the image with the text to the right of the image.
When the image is on the right side of the block the bulleted text displays correctly.
Is there a solution to fix this issue?
I would recommend putting the bullets in a separate block altogether. The coding surrounding bullets tend to case what you are describing when in combination with other elements within one block from time to time. If you do not want to use another block, try to insert the elements into cells of a table. Click here to see instructions on using a table.
I hope that helps,
