I'm very sorry for any confusion on the permission status of a contact. We're so glad you reached out because not only do we comply with the CAN-SPAM Act but we also have a very strict Anti-Spam Policy.
Once a contact is Unsubscribed, he is removed from any and all email lists in your account, and won't be able to receive emails you send through our system. Also, he cannot be added back into your account unless he personally re-subscribes through one of your sign-up tools.
