We're sorry for any confusion with how to add prepay funds to your account. Thanks for reaching out about it so we can help! Just hover over the name in the top right corner of your account and select My Account. In the Payment Plan area on the left, click Edit:
Then you can select from the prepay options and proceed with processing the payment. Note: If you'd like to mail a check, please click here for instructions on how to generate a prepay invoice.
