members not receiving emails

I have a few members reach out to me and say their emails are not receiving our email campaigns but when I check if they are in our contacts, they are listed... can someone explain why this happens?

So we can take a look, can you please email social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com a reference to this post, the email addresses that are not receiving your campaigns, and your username please.
