my text has disappeared.

Do I start all over. 

Do I close my account down until tomorrow when someone from support is working?

I need help......

I'm sorry to hear that your text has disappeared but we're more than happy to to look into that for you! Can you please email us at social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com, providing the following information, and referencing this post so that we can troubleshoot this further:

- Name of the email campaign this happened in

- A document with the text you were trying to include

-Any error messages you received

-The browser you're using (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, etc)

- Any other details you think may be helpful
