I can understand the importance of understanding the billing charges on your account. We have seen cases where pricing can rise due to an increase of active contacts, or even when upgrading to our Email Plus plan. Have you recently made either of these changes? If you have any further questions or concerns about these charges please call into our Billing Support. For your account security we are unable to go into your billing details here in the Community.
