Your Username if different than the account associated with your Community Name.
The web browser and version you are using.
The operating system and version you are using.
The Internet Service Provider you use (Comcast, Verizon, etc.)
What exactly is happening when you try to load the website and the link you provided?
Once we have this information, we can track this in your account and work towards resolving this for you.
