not able to save

It is extremely frustrating when you work on something and it can't be saved. I keep getting the same message of "can't save... refresh".  Definitely not a good use of my time.  These newsletters are often timely and a message needs to go out. Not being able to work when I need to is a definite negative.  

 

I hope this type of issue can be resolved.

I'm very sorry to hear that you are having trouble saving your campaigns. Have you tried relaunching your browser? It can also occur if multiple people are working in the account at the same time. You might also try an alternate browser. If it continues to occur please feel free to reach out so we can proceed with further troubleshooting.
