If you are looking to remove contacts who have not opened your email, I would suggest deleting contacts who have not opened any email. Deleting the did no open list on specific campaign runs the chance of deleting contacts you do actually want. A contact on this list for a specific contact may be someone who has opened all emails except this one, or even someone who has not opened your email yet. Deleting contacts who have not opened any email you've ever sent is the safest way.
