I have been trying to log in for at least a week and when I click on the contacts tab it says that there is a problem logging in and that you are aware. Do you have an idea as to the timeframe for this to be fixed?

Have you tried working in a different browser or a private/incognito window? I can also see you have spoken to our support about this as well.
