When I go to send a campaign it says 168 members but my list shows 175.

Thank you for reaching out to us. Have you recently updated your list? If you are currently getting a smaller number when scheduling your email, I'd suggest trying to re-add your 175 contacts back into the list that you are currently trying to use to send your campaign. Please let us know if you currently are still experiencing any issues with your lists/contacts.
