It seems as that only mobile opens are being reported. when they open it on a laptop it doesn't register as opened?

Thank you for reaching out to us! That is a great question. Both desktop and mobile opens are definitely tracked as a standard within Constant Contact. You can click here to read more about how opens work and when they might not be as accurate. If you see on a particular email or on multiple emails that the tracking of Opens is not working, we want to take a look at it!
