I have asked that my email be . This was done on more than two times. Sorry about the card not working.I have a new card. What is the update process?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I can see the email address you listed has been set as the contact for your account. You can however update the credit card on file under the My Account tab of your account. Once you're on the My Account page you'll see the Payment Method field, where there is an "Edit" button you can click on.




Clicking edit will allow you to update the Payment Method you want to use and fill out any required information.
