My Paypal link is not working right. I send out an email to me to test it, then I click on my links and all it gives me is my email address and an open box to log into Paypal. People can't purchase from me this way. I need some help fast !!
Thank you for bringing your question about your PayPal link to the Community Forum! I do see you were able to speak with a support agent, to confirm that this is functioning as designed, but I wanted to make sure to reach out here in case anyone else had a similar concern.
When the test email is sent, it is pulling in your information. When the email is sent out live, it will pull the information for the customer, and they will be able to purchase from you. Also, in case you need it, here is an FAQ/Tutorial that will tell you about our PayPal payment feature, and may help you see what the customer will see.
