How do I resend to a client who wants to resubscribe if they accidently unsubscribed?

The 'Awaiting confirmation' status means that they either you had 'confirmed opt-in' turned on, or the contact had previously unsubscribed and you sent them the resubscription email.  If someone does not respond to one of those two emails, it's generally considered the same as them opting out, or at least choosing to not opt back in.  If they fill out any integrated sign-up form with their information again, it should automatically resend a re-subscription request.  Otherwise, you would need to have an email from them, explicitly stating that they want to receive your future emails.  If you get that email from them, you can manually verify them through our Account Review Team.
