I am encountering an issue with sending an email to those on my mailing list.
My organization has a full mailing list of approximately 1,300 people and we currently have the regular Email plan with unlimited emails at the 500-2,500 contacts rate.
However, when attempting to send an email I receive the following message: "The number of contacts selected exceeds your monthly limit. Upgrade now to send unlimited emails."
We recently updated our payment info for the Pre-Pay plan, as our previous subscription was nearing an end. I am unsure if there is a delay in processing this update that might affect our plan.
Has anyone encountered an issue like this before?
