We're happy to hear you want to reactivate your account with us! I apologize this is happening with your payment method. Being redirecting to Plans & Pricing page when reactivating an account with PayPal is something we are continuing to troubleshoot. At this time we have two workarounds we can suggest. The first is, contacting our Billing Support directly to have them reactivate your account. The second workaround is reactivating you account with a different payment method. Once your account is reactivated you can change your payment method to PayPal. However the good news is you have not been billed 32 times
