I reviewed your account and saw that you sent the "Gino's On Us" campaign to only one contact, and like you said, it does not appear that they have opened it according to the reporting. Have you confirmed with this person that they did indeed open the email? The open rate is not always 100% accurate for several reasons which can be found here. If you've spoken to the recipient and they verify that they have downloaded the images in the campaign, or that they have clicked on the links within, but it still does not show in the reporting please let us know so we can take a closer look at what could be happening.
