I am so sorry your reporting is still not correct. I looked into the previous case when you checked in with us, and I do see we are still working on this issue. I apologize for the delay, but I will make sure you are notified when the issue is fixed. For now, the work-around is to click into the engagement reporting for the accurate numbers. You can also export a spreadsheet with the correct engagement reporting on it, and the instructions are all here for you. I remain disappointed that this has not been fixed. The old version of COnstant contact allowed me to update with one click.
I understand that I can do a spread sheet if needed. I shouldn't need to do that.
I hope it is fixed before there is another rate increase!
Hi @JudyK6038. I understand why you would want your reporting to be more easily accessible. I assure you that our engineers are working towards a resolution to make sure that the reporting numbers are accurate.
In the past, I was able to click a refresh button and they would update. I don't feel like it should be your job to keep them updated, I just miss the refresh button. It used to be an option which is why I am puzzled that it has taken so long to get it back.
