I'm very sorry you can't get contacts added to your account as we know how important that is! Without knowing the specifics, it could be a few different things. Please send us an email to social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com with more details such as:
- Exactly what you mean by "security check". - Are you adding multiple contacts at a time from within your account? Or using a link to your sign-up form? - At what point in the process did you get stuck? - Did you receive an error message? If so, what is the message?
