Thank you for coming into the community today! I took a look at your account, and I was able to see the normal buttons for saving or publishing a form. It's possible that the buttons are simply out of your current view, or blocked by some form of pop-up blocker. The save and publish button should be available in the upper right corner, though you may have to scroll to the right with some screen resolutions. You can see some screenshots and a walk-through here.
If there's still no button in that upper right corner, it may be best to try a different browser, or to follow some of these browser troubleshooting steps.
