I'm sorry you're running into this problem! When you say it's freezing and not working, at which point does this happen? Have you tried scheduling Simple Share while your browser was in Safe Mode? If you're still running into this issue, I would try this step first. If you're not sure how to get your browser into Safe Mode, follow those steps here: Launch Safe Mode.
