survey issue

We have a survey live at the moment, it is getting lots of responses but a number of customers are getting a message saying that 'they have already completed the survey' and cant respond.  I have selected the option that does not limit multiple responses from the same computer,.

Anyone have any thoughts?

Hello 

 

 

You can have the second person take the survey anonymously and this should allow them to complete it.

 

If the issues persists, please  call support and we can look deeper into the issue with you.

I am having the same problem.  I don't understand what your answer means when you say,

That's a great question. Essentially, if you are passing the email through a mail merge system, the system will recognize that the link from that email has already been utililized and will trigger the error message. In this scenario, it is best to send to each individual recipient through Constant Contact or utilize the Survey URL, however, those responses will come back anonymous.
