Hello @markH8174. Congrats on your first send! We would be happy to briefly explain suspended bounces. An email address can get marked as Suspended after it bounces repeatedly as Non-existent. Even though you have not sent to these addresses before, email addresses can become Suspended from any Constant Contact account sending email to it so these addresses are probably already on other mailing lists. If you believe that these addresses are valid and they have been marked as suspended by accident, you can call our Deliverability team and they will be able to look into them further for you.
