temporarily deactivated your Constant Contact account.

I got this message: We've temporarily deactivated your Constant Contact account. Please contact Customer Support so that we may resolve the problem and reactivate your account. We will continue to bill your account during this time.


We are a travel agency based in India, I try your support number of India but not able to contact you please sort out this issue and activate my account again

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. Just to be sure, I wanted to share the contact numbers and hours for our Account Review team. It's possible you're calling during a time when they are not available. If you are calling during normal business hours, are you receiving any error messages?

 

I will submit a case to Account Review to have them review and follow up as quickly as possible, but as we're an inbound contact center, it might be faster to try calling again. Thank you for your patience!

Thank you for reply, I am suffering again this issues account in reviews  Notification showing in my account "Due to recent activity, your account has been scheduled for review. We conduct account reviews to address list imports, content or reader feedback issues by ensuring your familiarity with the terms and service of your account. This helps to ensure optimal delivery rates for all of our customers by maintaining our strong anti-spam policy. Although you cannot send just yet, your account will be active and billable.
During the account review we will work together to better understand these issues and identify solutions to resolve them. You can reach an account review specialist directly by Contacting US"

Hi,

My account showing this massages "We've temporarily deactivated your Constant Contact account. Please contact Customer Support so that we may resolve the problem and reactivate your account. We will continue to bill your account during this time."

please check and let me know when i will get back my account. I already try your support number but unable to connect.
