I had an appointment for a training session. I have had 2 aborted calls, I believe from the trainer. When I pick up the phone, no one is there. No way to respond. No number shows up on my phone, email is no reply, I cannot even reschedule it.

I've reached out to that team and let them know what was going on.  I'm very sorry about the connection issues we've had with you, but you should have an email follow-up from that team in the near future to allow you to reschedule.  For future reference if you do contact our support team directly during your scheduled time, we should be able to get you transferred to the correct agent for your call.  You can reach our general support at the numbers and times listed here.
