Lillian resubscribed Jan '19 She is reaching out to us that she misses her newsletter. Can you get her going again?

I took a look into your account at Lillian's email address, and it looks like she is still under awaiting confirmation so she never resubscribed after the last email she unsubscribed from. I do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. You will need to redirect her to another sign up form in order to get her to give you permission to email her again.
