With that being said, have you recently created and attempted to activate a survey, coupon, donation, or email autoresponder campaign? Activating these types of campaigns can prompt your to upgrade to Email Plus if you are not already in it.
However I did take a peek at your account and can see you were able to get in touch with a member of our Billing Support. If you have any further questions about your billing they would be more than happy to continue the conversation. Here are the Billing Department's hours and numbers.
