Hi...I tried creating a website, and it seems there is a bug on the app? or is simply not working, it keeps going on a loop to try and login.??!!! Using Mac Catalina version with Chrome.

We're sorry to hear you're running into an issue when attempting to create a Website using our new Website Builder! We've actually identified a caching issue caused by some 3rd-Party browsers which causes the redirect loop you're mentioning. We're working on building out better documentation to walk through disabling this feature on the impacted browsers. In the meantime we have a team of support agents specialized in our Website Builder who are more than happy to walk you through this. The good news is team can currently be reached by phone.

I have found that in order to use the website builder on Chrome - you have to disable ALL extensions and turn off blocking of 3rd party cookies.  Constant Contact has several multiple cookies (holy cow!)

 

Instead, I opted for Firefox browser.  Only using this builder for a client who is using it.  If it were up to me, I'd steer anyone who wants a professional website (not some kindergarten version) to use a developer/designer.

Thank you for sharing your workaround here in the Community! I apologize if you too have had this same experience with logging into our Website Builder.
