Please explain why the bill is so high?

Hello @CarlyF9. Here at Constant Contact, we bill based on two things: the number of contacts in your account and the plan that you have selected. So if there was an increase in your contacts or you upgraded your plan, that would cause your bill to increase. If you have any additional questions, we ask that you call into our Billing department, who would be able to discuss your pricing further. You can reach them at the numbers and hours listed here
